Ongoing support in recognising and celebrating business achievement by young entrepreneurs

Chatham Square was pleased to support the annual Melbourne Business Network (MBN) Awards and to sponsor the Young Entrepreneur Award for the fifth consecutive year.

Our values—the 4Cs of Chatham Square—are strongly reflected in the Young Entrepreneur Award criteria, which recognise effective leadership, successful innovation, a positive culture, and a commitment to enhancing well-being within the industry.

The awards evening was held on 11^th December 2025 at the offices of StarRez, the principal sponsor for the event. The 2025 Young Entrepreneur Award was presented to Winson Tan of WA Group, pictured above. The other finalists were Amanda Choi (Nexus Early Learning Heidelberg) and Monte Charters (PureFlow Filtration).

From one humble café with borrowed equipment to shaping communities across Melbourne, Winson’s journey is a powerful example of how purpose-driven entrepreneurship—built on courage, empathy, and integrity—can create lasting impact.
